Relationship between business and people
The most important thing in my personal ideas is that a business must be from people and for people. I believe in general, in its most original form, business must bring “added value” to the life and progress of mankind. Behavior, skills and maturity of employees:
It is good for some employees to know exactly what they are investing their time in in a company and to respect the time that the company invests in them. They also need to know that their work must have some purpose other than a purely financial unilateral benefit;
Many optimization processes and many mistakes, moments of conflict, would be saved if the relations in a company between a colleague are human. By human, I personally mean comradeship and collegiality, not familiarity. To get into a situation and have an understanding that we work together for a common goal;
Usability, usefulness and value of the products
This is a supplement to item 1. It is good for me that the product offers an opportunity not only for some progressive and positive change, but also (even if it is material) to carry a symbolic value that arouses positivity in the consumer;
The only constant is change. Definitely a company must be innovative and accept thinking “outside the box”;
Organizational culture provokes people to be proactive, to contribute, to share and to be aware of the business goals of the organization. – when the actions of the management coincide with their words and there is an assessment of the qualities, the personality of the workers. And workers try to always be up to standard and maintain professional etiquette. Modernization and innovation
Modernization and innovation. – applying a mix of the saying “if it’s not broken, don’t fix it” and adjusting what works with today’s dynamics;
The people in the organization show respect for each other and work productively – maturity and understanding of the participants that they are all professionals who have come together to solve a certain important case, and not to prove who can do more than others;
The number of people leaving the organization is limited to a minimum – a response to the first example;
Conflicts and negative environments are minimized – a response to the first example;
The image of the organization increases – when the organizational culture is strong, often the quality of work is high. Even in difficulties, the cohesion between the people in the company and the general professionalism push the difficulty;
Everyone in the organization is constantly improving their personal and professional qualities – when the individual believes that he is investing himself in something that has a future and meaning in a long and extensive aspect, rather than a monthly salary.
Team members look for and remove obstacles without waiting for management to do so – answer previous question (organization image)
The management and the members of the team work together to optimize the processes and speed up the development time – the working maturity of the people in the company, evaluating the work of the other parties;
Expenses are managed and planned carefully – the management respects its payment arrangements, encourages additional investment by the employee with a bonus system, and the employee has the dignity to fight for his salary, not to “slack”.
Tools and the environment
Tools and the environment are constantly improving – it is not possible to constantly improve, but everyone must be open to change and patient with the process of change;
Unnecessary documents, processes and communications are avoided – openness on the part of management that they are not leaders, and Indian workers are rather responsible professionals who want to contribute to positive change, and workers to accept that management does not want to exploit them and that they are people who face difficulties like them;
The main causes of problems, defects and obstacles are analyzed, tracked and eliminated – with frequent, short, comradely meetings between leaders and participants;
Quality standards are followed and implemented without significant loss of time and resources – the desire to work at a professional level, not a beginner;
Exhaustion is managed and teams do not spend too much time in trivial tasks – an idea more time for quality breaks and work not to interfere in the personal life of the individual during the absence from the office (rest, sick leave);
The documentation and requirements are created and maintained in an easy and convenient style, so that everyone understands them easily and saves time from unnecessary discussions and misunderstandings – yes, the responsibility of the HR to be creative:
Meetings and discussions do not lead to a waste of time and always lead to desired results – decentralized, short and frequent meetings with a focus on the goal;
Product development focuses on the most important goals and needs – what added value will contribute to the company, team and consumer to require such focus and need for success;
All results, concepts and versions of the products are validated with real users, and the risk of an unwanted product is limited – previous answer;
